Our Story

Bobbi Anderson

Founder / Owner

I have lived in Idaho for over 20 years and been blessed to work with many talented Idaho artists, non-profits, and businesses during that time. I support local....I truly believe the people of Idaho are just as beautiful as its scenery.

In 2008 I joined Boise State University to achieve the college education I promised my Dad I would get someday. That experience led to degrees in English Literature, Communications, Theatre and Non-Profit Management. During this time I raised four fantastic kids, volunteered with many Idaho Non-Profits and created the Kuna Kids Ranger Program. My pride and joy is the HomeGrown Country Music Festival and my Idaho BucketList blog (realisiticguidetoabucketlist.com).

So, funny story...over ten years ago I end up bartending next to a short guy who needed a haircut.  All these years later, a friendship stronger than family and many stories behind us, I go to him with a 100 MPH speech and a crazy idea...and here we are today.  I am lucky to have amazing friends who support my dream of a company all about Idaho!

I love Idaho! Homegrown Events, LLC is my chance to make a crazy dream come true!

Ron Hall

Beverage and Spirits Director

I am one hundred percent Idahoan! I grew up in Idaho and have lived here my whole life.  I am blessed to be raising my own family in such a beautiful place.

Working in the beverage and spirits industry for over ten years now, I worked my way up from a barback position washing dishes to managing one of the largest country dance clubs in Idaho....Cowgirls in Kuna. I am not a stranger to hard work, the backbone of any Idahoan.

Throughout my affiliation with Cowgirls, I have met people from all walks of life, shaken hands with scores of business owners, watched the launch and rise of talented country musicians, entertained local artists, and continued to learn something new everyday about the industry.

When asked to join HomeGrown Events, I didn't hesitate.  Bobbi and I have worked together for more years than either one of us will admit to, and we make a great team.  At any HomeGrown event or the HomeGrown Country Music Festival, it is my priviledge to represent Idaho beverages and spirits.

We are here to bring you the best Idaho has to offer, and if I can make sure you have the right drink in your hand, even better!

Amy Richie

Graphic Designer / Photographer

I have been a graphic designer for almost 20 years! I moved to Idaho 3 years ago and fell in love with this amazing place and all the people in it!

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of New Mexico and Associates Degree in Graphic Design. I am also a professional photographer with credits throughout the Idaho rodeo and country music scenes. I absolutely love creating and designing, so when I was asked to join the Homegrown Events team I was thrilled!

As an artist it is important to me to be able to do my part in supporting our local artist community, and working with HomeGrown Events and the HomeGrown Country Music Festival gives me that opportunity.

I love calling Idaho home and I am blessed to be apart of such an amazing team.
